How to distinguish between types of fiber optic cable

Communication fiber concrete into G.651, G.652, G.653, G.654, G.655 and G.656 six major categories and several sub-categories

 
    (1) G.651 class is multi-mode fiber, IEC and GB / T further according to their core diameter, cladding diameter, numerical aperture of the parameters is subdivided into A1a, A1b, A1c, and A1d four sub-classes.

(2) G.652 type is conventional single-mode fiber, is currently divided into G.652A, G.652B, G.652C and G.652D four sub-classes, IEC and GB / T outside the G.652C named B1.3 the others were named B1.1

(3) G.653 dispersion-shifted single-mode fiber is optical fiber, IEC and GB / T G.653 fiber classification named the B2-type fiber.

(4) G.654 fiber cutoff wavelength is shifted single-mode optical fiber, also known as the best performance 1550nm fiber, IEC and GB / T G.654 fiber to fiber classification named B1.2.

(5) G.655 type fiber is non-zero dispersion shifted single-mode fiber color, currently divided into G.655A, G.655B and G.655C three subclasses, IEC and GB / T to G.655 fiber categories named class B4 class fiber.
