China's residential district FTTH access technology options - active cell switched optical network (ActiveOpticalNetwork - AON) peer to peer (P2P) access  technology
Obviously, PON advantage in high-density residential district in gone. In the current PON technology is not very mature, and equipment prices remain high, we  believe that FTTH access options AON technology is more scientific and feasible, because:

- AON's P2P technology is mature, low cost, can easily provide bandwidth of 100M or 1G, and seamlessly link existing computer networks;

We believe that FTTH access options AON technology is more scientific and feasible, but also because of PON technology in the development of standards and uncertainty:

- 3-5 years of related devices have standardized and mature in the next 3-5 years is difficult with the current Ethernet P2P popularity of the device relative to the cost and competition.
- PON high cost of optoelectronic devices: high power, high-speed burst of transceivers; current production of optoelectronic devices is far lower cost PON system can not meet the requirements.
- The current average price of foreign EPON line of equipment for the 1000-1500 U.S. dollars.
